Recycle Your Tufting Machine ♻️🔫

Tuftbox WEEE Guidelines - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. Over 2 million tonnes of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is discarded in the UK every year.

Many electrical items can be repaired or safely recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you don’t recycle WEEE it will end up in the landfill, where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination which harms both wildlife and human health.

WEEE Symbol Crossed Out Wheelie Bin

Tufting machines are electrical equipment and should never be discarded in a bin.

They have a symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin to remind you that they need to be disposed of carefully and not thrown out in your household waste or household recycling.
