We deliver to most homes across the UK with simple delivery costs:

• £3.99 for orders less than £50
• FREE for orders of £50 or more

We aim to dispatch your order in 1 to 3 working days. We deliver using 24 hour tracked services which means once your items are in the post they will typically arrive in 1 to 2 working days.

UK & NORTHERN IRELAND: 2 to 4 Business Days
CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF MAN: 3 to 17 Business Days

We work with different postal carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. When your order is dispatched we’ll send you the details and a tracking reference.

If you choose to leave any instructions for the carrier please make sure that your parcel will stay safe, you won’t be eligible for a refund if anything is lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions you make. 

Please make sure that you triple check your address before you confirm your order, we’re not able to change the delivery address once your order is on the way!

We work hard to get your items to you quickly but sometimes there may be delays caused by things outside of our control. We’ll keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress as it makes its journey to you.

We do have some delivery restrictions and may not be able to fulfil orders in some circumstances, for example if our postal carriers are not able to deliver a certain product to your address or if we believe the address may not be secure (e.g. a PO box).
